This person will manage all third party logistic/distribution for the organization. The Manager of Logistics and Distribution will support and/or manage warehouse stock control, transportation of both inbound and outbound freight including import and export of freight outside of the US. The position is responsible for all warehousing and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials and that they are maintained in proper channels. Develop and execute an end-to-end supply chain visibility program and decision logic bringing transparency to the movement of product and attainment throughout all distribution channels. Requirements:

B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Management.

7+ years experience in supply chain management, distribution and logistic services.

Experience with international import/export freight requirements and cold chain product management with the FDA required; EU strongly preferred

Ability to maintain professional demeanor even when confronted with stressful and/or potentially adversarial situations. Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with multiple cross functional teams (IT, HR, Regulatory, Customer Service, Sales, Legal, Field force, contractors, etc.).

Must be capable of simultaneously handling multiple tasks and project deadlines with a demonstrated willingness to initiate and take on new tasks and ability to effectively operate within a fast paced environment.

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of MRP systems and WMS systems
