” How Long Does It Take to Get Feedback From Employers After Submitting Applications?”

In Nigeria’s labour market of today it will be asking for much to expect employers to get back to you telling you if you were unsuccessful in your job application. Generally employers always get in touch with only shortlisted applicants for a job and this is done between a week and two weeks after the deadline for applications. On some occasions it could take longer to hear from employers/recruiters if you are shortlisted.

There are no hard and fast rules that say you when you should be expecting feedback from from employers after applying for a job.
